Our Year 8 debating team, consisting of Sofia Davey, India Bishop, Kiera Hayden and Alena Payne, has progressed to the regional final of the 7/8 Premier's Debating Challenge at Gorokan on Friday 2nd November by defeating Mount View High School in the zone final on Tuesday 30th October. The teams debated the topic "That Australia is heading in the right direction". The team's coach Ms Lisa Scobie was very pleased with the team's performance.
