Bryce Murry, school leader for 2013, has been honoured with the award of a CHS Blue. Bryce attended a gala function in Sydney where he was presented with his 'Blue,' the highest honour in Combined High School Sport.
The citation reads in part...He is a responsible and mature young man...The transition to triathlons commenced with his involvement in swimming followed by running and finally cycling. This year in the sport of Triathlon, Bryce has achieved silver medals at State and National Competitions. Competing in the senior boys division he was second in the NSW All Schools Championships, gaining a place in the NSW team.
At the School Sport Australian Championships Bruce also finished second.
This is an outstanding achievement from a talented and dedicated athlete.
